Radon air testing service

Radon is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas that emits from rock and soil in the ground. Radon is present in many homes to varying degrees, and according to the CDC, is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking. You can’t see or smell radon, therefore we highly recommend testing.

Well water testing service

Well water quality should be tested. Laboratory analysis includes mineral content, pH level, presence of bacteria, lead, and radon in water.

Prior to 1986, lead was used as an ingredient in various components of water supply plumbing such as solder, therefore it is recommended to test for lead.

Termite and other Wood Destroying Insects inspection

Included with the general home inspection, the inspector will perform a visual inspection of the entire home, looking for evidence of termites and other wood destroying insects, such as damaged or hollow wood, mud shelter tubes, frass, insect parts and evidence of past treatment.

ㅤBefore-Closing Inspection

We offer a helpful option, consisting of an abbreviated inspection of the house, to make sure there are no leaks and nothing has changed since the time of the original inspection of the house. The inspector will also check any repairs that may have been negotiated. This type of inspection is typically done the day of closing. Inquire for pricing and availability.
